The usb stick is being read it flashes when plugged in. Microsoft I have contacted and are saying the usb is corrupt but I’m not sure as the boot option is there in bios but not I the boot manager. I have changed the bios to boot from usb hdd1 but it’s not showing as an option in boot manager via the automatic repair.
But the only boot option is windows boot manager (bjnb4r) there’s no option for usb. I click usb assuming I can then use my usb with windows 10 installation on (also have the product key) and reinstall windows but get the following message: system doesn’t have any usb boot option please select another boot option in boot manager. The options then are efi usb device, efi dvd/cd rom or efi network. Under advanced options there is the option to use a usb, cd Rom or network or windows recovery dvd. The only options are restart or advanced options.
On start up the screen says preparing automatic repair and then diagnosing the problem, then takes me to a blue screen with automatic repair at the top.
i did a google search ran a command and it said windows installations: 0 I have some how managed to completely remove windows from my laptop and it won’t boot.
